I can understand being busy but what about quality? This has been the closest McDonalds but I will go for a drive to stay away. They forget food, napkins, sauce and even drinks! If you call and complain the normal we will send you vouchers but they never appear. What a joke!

I used your Drive thru this morning. What a nightmare. I asked for the Big Breakfast with Bacon, the kid didn't know what that was, so I looked closer at the menu and saw it was listed under Platter's. I asked for the Big Breakfast Platter with bacon, He recognized the word Platter and asked me what kind of meat I wanted with it. Apparently, one can't place an order without repeating oneself 4-5 times, his English is broken at best. After passing thru the line and picking up my food I proceeded to work, only to discover upon my arrival that there was no meat, no fork, knife, jelly or receipt in the bag. A Muffin and a small portion of Egg inside the "Platter" with a hash brown tossed on the top. Obviously, I don't have the time to return to straighten out the order. I called the store to speak with a manager, to no avail, because they don't start till after 9:00 am. but they will send me a coupon to replace the meal I didn't receive. It will only take a week or so to reach me because it has to go thru headquarters.(That is sarcasm you are hearing)
