Bought a supposedly good working used forklift battery for $2,400. It lasted less than 60 days and less than probably 10 hours use, they came and replaced the bad cell and also me that they did not handle these Chinese batteries any more due to problems with cells. After another 12 months and maybe another 20 hours use it went bad again. I understand there was a 30 day warranty when purchased but I believe I was mislead about the battery I purchased. They knew these brand batteries were a problematic and just fixed a defective one and hoped it would keep working. I was told it was a good used battery. I would not have bought it if I knew the history of it. I guess with a 30 day warranty you can do that. I am out $2,400. I told the company that I would settle for a partial refund of $500 which I thought was more than fair. They said they would do nothing for me.
