Had them do a bathroom for us. It took them 8 months! They had 2 assemblers quit and 2 plumbers that were fired or quit in that time. They were more "no shows" then I can tell you. So many borken promises that we no longer could believe anything they said. The salesman promised us the bathroom would be complete to the point of "paint ready". The installers said they would not tape/ sand the sheetrock because that was not what they do. We explained what the salesmen said. They said the salesman should not have promised "paint ready" and would not honor his statement....which we had the salesman print on the contract! The job was done haphazzard and they had to come out 2 times to fix problems.
