I needed a downspout cut & rerouted to insure rain would flow into a rain barrel. I couldn't have been happier with how quickly he got me into his schedule.Ben is very personable and efficient. He was considerate of my time and was happy to work with my schedule. He completed the job very quickly and was very careful to tidy up so as not to leave any harmful metal shards around to injure bare feet. He even sanded down the edges of the spout so curious little fingers wouldn't get cut. He strikes me as the kind of guy who pays attention to detail and doesn't mind going the extra mile for his customers.While here, he estimated a couple more jobs for me and mentioned that his slower time is in the winter, so I am planning at least one of them for him in February 2015. I found his pricing to be quite reasonable and the quality of his work was excellent. Ben is one in a million find.
