Omg Nails

I went in for a removal (acrylic), new set and pedicure. They put me in a chair almost right away which was nice. Then I sat there waiting while a technician was finishing up someone else and she was just painting the toes. Then another girl comes in for a pedicure but gets seen FIRST and I was already waiting 13 minutes. I waited about 34 minutes, soaking my feet before anybody touched me.

Then the pedicure was EXTREMELY mediocre. I have dry heels and they tend to get rough. My heels were barely buffed or anything. She didn't rub any lotion on my feet and didn't use any oil. While my pedicure was being finished, another lady started to remove my acrylic, injuring one of my natural nails in the process ! When she was gluing tips on, I said I wanted oval shape and she said it's an additional 5$ so I opted for square because I already had a 53$ bill.

While she was blending and filing the acrylic, I told her I had hang nails which were clearly visible all over my nail beds. She said "okay" and then that was it. I walked out with hangnails all over..

She got acrylic ALL OVER my cuticles which I wasn't aware of until I got home. Did I forget to mention that all of the nail Polish is THICK and needs thinner or to be replaced ? Even an hour after leaving, my nails and toenails still weren't set because the polish was still tacky.



Between having to touch up my feet with a foot file, trimming my hang nails, sticky nail polish and cold water in the foot basin, I won't be going back..

Hate this place!!!! The lady didn't pay attention at all on my nails and she cut my finger. Never coming here again!!!!!
