Think twice about doing business with Tom Henly of TC Woodworks in St. Paul. I ordered custom moulding and knives from Tom summer 2009 with the agreement that Tom would furnish to me the custom moulding knives as part of our agreement. Tom was paid in full for the order but keeps promising the knives (now Dec 2009) but has not come through - after repeated inquiries from me. I have requested a refund of the $200 I paid for the knives but Tom has not produced the knives (as per our agreement) or a refund. I was very clear with Tom about the knifes as part of the order (versus just a "knife charge") and we discussed it several times prior to my placing the order. I even went as far as to have Tom sign a copy of the order stating that he furnish the knives to me.



To avoid hassle, I recommend that you simply steer clear of business dealings with Tom Henly.
