These folks are absolutely knowledgeable, friendly and will go the extra mile for you, unlike some other places I have gone to. If you need something for yourself or a family member, they can guide you through the selection process for the products you need. I was referred to another supplier yet they didn't give a whip about me. Felt like I was a number and not a person. Not at Phoenix Medical. I was treated like one of the family, which says a lot nowadays. Outstanding Customer Care. Don't waste your time shopping around. Save yourself the time and trouble by calling them right away. They even have a Registered Nurse on staff if you have medical questions about the appropriateness and safety of products. Easy to find, right by Rosedale Shopping Mall and the water tower. Free parking. Love their display areas too!
