I took my shirts there once and asked for them folded. They failed and hung them instead. This usually happens the first time I try a new cleaners so I gave them a second chance. They failed again. Said they would fold them and I was able to finally get them after a couple of days. They said my next one would be free. The third time they hung them again and I was charged for them despite the promise of a freebee.Three times I specify they be folded and three times they fail. My job currently involves a lot of commute time and extra hours. I don't have time to babysit them. Pilgrim has lost my business.

I stopped in to drop off cleaning Thursday at 5:15; no one in the store. I saw the back door was open and the radio was blaring but no clerk come into the store. By the way, I saw the clerk standing out back when I drove around the building to get to the front door.I yelled 4 times, I opened and closed the door 4 times so that it would chime and still no clerk. I finally left and went to another cleaners.Today I called to talk to someone about the service and as soon as they answered, put me on hold. I gave up after 5 minutes.Clearly this store does not care how they treat their customers.
