There pizza is ok. I go there for the chicken. I think it is one of the best chicken in the city. As buffets go it is also very good. Worker are very nice. If there isn't a plaza that is your favorite on the buffet they well make it and bring it to your table.

We had heard about Pizza Ranch but didn't live near one. When the Maplewood one showed up we had to try it. We got there about 15 minutes before the buffet opened but a waitress came right over and explained how it worked and got us glasses for our drinks. The pizza was hot and delicious. The crust is not thick and not thin it's just right. The chicken, potatoes, gravy, etc were hot and wonderful. Finally... a buffet where everything does NOT taste the same. Hallelujah! And then to top it off the dessert pizzas were out of the world! We are going back today and it's only been 2 weeks since we were there before. I would highly recommend this Restaurant and have already told many others about it. Good Job Pizza Ranch!!!!!

While this location is usually a good place to eat at, using the word loosely, my last visit was the worst. It seems like they were short staffed that night and the staff seemed like they could care less about hospitality. Plates piled up on our table several times before being cleared. Some food was coming out rather slowly and without cards to indicate what type of pizza it was. I have several food allergies and small children with dislikes, so it was hard to pick out a good slice of pizza to eat. Then the biscuits they had were undercooked, completely doughy in the middle. I had advised the staff of this and warned them that people can get sick. They stated they would check into this. Never did. I saw 3 more trays of biscuits come out, all doughy. When it was time for some desert pizza, the same thing. Completely doughy. Even the toppings were cold on the fruit ones, as if they had slightly warmed them up. I again alerted the staff and was ignored. I saw 3 more desert pizzas come out, all the same. It was so doughy you could tell by looking at it. I had gotten sick from eating part of one and alerted the staff for the 5th time that night. I had enough at that point and walked out. Nobody seemed to care. I wouldn't go to this location, even on a slow night they didn't care to take my word on undercooked items. I even yelled loud enough for customers to hear that undercooked dough could make a person sick, even die from too much yeast!

Tried to book a prepaid group of 57 people for dinner and they refused to allow us to come. Asked why they would turn away a group of 57 prepaid customers and their response was that nobody takes reservations during the dinner hour. I asked for a suggestion of another location and they said we wouldn't find anyone else that would take us. I hung up and called another buffet who was happy to have our business and gladly took our reservation.

I have Celiacs Disease and not able to eat your regular pizza but these guys make the BEST Gluten Free Pizza ever. You have to try it. As for the regular pizza I hear from my family that it is really tasty. I give this restaurant a 5 star rating because they are not only nice and friendly there but their pizza is out of this world, I definitely recommend it to everyone!!!
