A massage each month is the most beneficial "luxury" I can think of. It gives me an hour where I am totally in my body in the moment. Nothing else releases stress and boosts immunity and simply feels as marvelous as this does. I always leave feeling taller and freer in my body than when I came in. This is one indulgence that is actually good for me!
