Our experience boasts well over 100 homes sold, with 13 plus years in real estate, and 20 plus years in the housing industry to ensure your interests are well represented. Meet our Featured Agent Pete Hitchcock I am a licensed Broker and Realtor. I have been licensed in Real estate since 2002. Up until 2009 I also carried a license for general contracting. My original goal with real estate was investments, to buy, sell homes, and own rental properties. It was after I began working with people in real estate, when I realized this was truly my passion. I have been around the housing market since I was very young. My father was a home builder, and I grew up on a construction site. With my own general contracting background, the knowledge I bring is invaluable. It gives me insight into a homes potential as well as its needs. With this experience I can help you determine what repairs are required to sell your home for top dollar. When buying a home, I can help you determine potential costs for remodeling upfront. I currently live in Shoreview with my beautiful wife and wonderful three young girls. We love to spend time together as a family doing various outdoor activities such as: biking, swimming, and our girls have started getting into some of the youth sports; tennis, and soccer.
