Bill's son James runs the business now and is a SHYSTER , TWO FACED, COMPULSIVE LIAR. James will try to get you to use his contractor which is a excon multiple felon that has only drug addict criminals that work for him and if you don't use James's guy he will try to scare your contractor with threats of law suits and fines. If you use James's guy he will try to burn up all of your money and take several months to a year on repairing your home. James will also talk nasty about you and everyone else behind their back.
