My wife and I just went to Big Bear car wash in White Bear. Each paid $20 for full service wash. When we went to inspect and get in the vehicles to leave, we both noticed that both vehicles were not clean, especially the rear of the vehicles. I said something to the 2 employees wiping down the vehicles, instead of sending the vehicles through the wash again, they started to wipe the dirt of the vehicles, most likely scratching them in the process. When I got in my truck, the dashes weren't wiped down, the center console wasn't cleaned either. The carpet wasn't vacuumed very good either. In short, don't waste your money, a gas station does a better job. I had to give them 1 star, but they don't even deserve that.
