I ordered a portacrib from this company and they delivered a small pack n play instead. We were forced to purchase what we needed at the last minute. We called them to tell them of the confusion. They credited my charge and offered complimentary rentals the next time our grandchildren visit. That is good customer service! Any store can make a mistake,,,,how they handle it makes the difference.
