John 3756 was excellent. Kind knowledgeable and thorough. With 17 years experience he knew what he was doing and explained it resolving our issue. Highly recommend him and Roto Rooter.

Jake 4092 was the best because if you called -he answered
If you had questions while he worked- he stopped and gave you his full attention
If he told you a particular time frame - he met it.
He was a pleasure and was not a messy worker either

We recently purchased our 1st home and with that comes "the joys of home ownership"! We had a leaky toilet in our master BR which prevented us from using it. We had our problem serviced by Michael. He was prompt, and took time to explain the problem and what needed to be done to repair the leak. He also gave us info to keep our toilet in good working order. He cleaned up the area when finished. He made sure all our questions were answered. We would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and specifically Michael to others.

Initially, I was pretty frustrated with RRs promptness - it really tested my patience when the dispatcher said I would be “first priority” on a rescheduled appointment - due to them not being able to fulfill my original appointment the week prior. Once Dave K tech 2666 arrived, my opinion started to change. Dave was great, professional, and I felt as though my installation was a priority. If you live in a building that requires multi-floor water shut-off, you need to pin down a time with RR ahead of time (and hope they hold to it).

Michael (Roto- Rooter) installed a tank less water heater. He was very knowledgeable on the product and installation. He was very professional and did a great job.

Very diligent and professional tech came out. I felt he went above and beyond in order to explain everything and was very courteous.

Originally I had a different plumbing company come out and I was not happy with them they were very unprofessional. So I called Roto-Rooter and they came out the same day and I accepted their (free) estimate and the next day they started and finished the work. I was so please with their work, it was above and beyond my expectations. I wish I would have called Roto-Rooter in the first place. But in the end they saved the day.

We had a flooded basement and clogged drain. The professionals at Rotorooter went above and beyond helping us fix the problem. Thanks.

Everything was ideal. Josh, technician #4348, fixed the problem with the toilet not flushing. He did it quickly and efficiently. He was very nice. Will ask for him again when needed.

They came out immediately within the 2 hour window that they promised. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem right away and for a reasonable price. I could not be happier!

Roto-Rooter (St. Paul) came out the same evening we called. They were very good about keeping us informed about when they would be there. Very good at explaining the pricing and what they were going to do. Even put up with our overly eager dog!

Water in the basement not a good thing, calling roto-rooter and having the plummer Tony here (from ST Paul MN) within the hour, figuring out the problem in the first 10 minutes and getting it "fixed"....heaven. Not only did he get to the heart of the matter but also gave us the name of a company (that I had heard about) to come clean up the saturated carpet in the basement. I called and no sooner did Tony leave when the other comapny arrived to start the clean up process. Sheri Tilley

I called one evening this week to request someone come out the next day. Imagine my delight when I was told the person would be there in 30 minutes! Tyler was hard working, considerate, clean, and explained what he was doing as he went along. What also impressed me was his knowing when a master plumber was needed to complete the second part of the job, and called to set it up for the next day. When Todd arrived the next morning, he completed the job quickly and with great skill. I am very grateful for the expertise and efficiency I witnessed and would definitely call Roto-Rooter in the future.

A truck was sent out very quickly after my call. The Roto-Rooter employee was very friendly and respectful. He covered his shoes when entering the house, so as to not get snow on the floors. He cleaned up well when the job was down. Two thumbs up.

Derek - (Derek0014) did a great job with cleaning out our plugged main water line. Water started backing up into the basement late in the day. Derek arrived within 1 1/2 hours after we called Roto-Rooter just as the phone rep had indicated. Derek did an excellent job with setting our expectations as to the worse and best case scenarios. He was very pleasant, hard working, considerate and very knowledgeable. We thank him for his help! 5
