i purchased over $500 worth of product from Sales Rep Michelle Fromme in Eagan MN on or around Feb 2004 when my husband and i purchased our first house. She has never once contacted me to see if i have been happy with the product or if i would like to continue to be updated with new products. i am a very loyal consumer and love the products i purchased! i would however love to be treated as a special customer and have some followup contact and continued contact of sales and specials. Michelle has dropped me and has been what i deem as a very poor sales rep. i would have loved to have some personal contact and some demonstrations of new products! She does not represent your product with any level of professionalism. If she decided to get out of the business, she should have contacted me and informed me of the next rep that would meet my needs and be taking over her clients.
