My husband and I LOVED Savvi for our tuxedo rentals. The staff was beyond friendly and everything fit everyone properly. My husband even returned his suit a few days late and NO late fee! We orginally stopped at mens wearhouse and the customer service was terrible.

My husband and I never thought that there was any difference between the tux rental places, but boy were we wrong!We had a simple rental – we actually picked tuxedo straight off a mannequin. No funky colors or special accessories – just a plain black tux with a straight tie. (You would think one couldn't mess this up…) A couple days later (and days before we were to pick up the tux), I amended the order to include a plain black bow tie. My husband picked up the tux a few days later. He knew that I changed the tie, so he knew he would be picking up something different than what we picked out that first time we were there. To my surprise (45 minutes before our formal pictures), my husband walked out of the bathroom with a striped gray tie! I called the store and they verified our order – indeed, we were supposed to have a black bow tie! We were too close to picture time to run to the store and get the right tie, and the store said that they didn't have the staff to bring us a tie. So we just had to deal with this striped gray tie.When I returned the tux, I followed up with the store manager regarding a discount. She looked again at order of the “black tie” and said that what my husband had picked up was a black tie! (Evidently in their scheme of colors, a gray striped tie is the black tie.) Plus, the manager told me that her store staff had said that I picked out that gray striped tie! Indeed not! And what I think is worse, the only compensation they were willing to offer was the cost of the tie rental itself - $10.00. They can keep the $10.00, as well as any positive recommendation I would ever make for Savvi Formal Wear. My message to all - Be careful of who you choose for your formal wear!

Do not use the store.two minutes after closing lights are off, everyone including the manager are gone.I called to explain and got the "we have to clean this tux tonight instead of last night" $20 late fee scam.
