This company over works its employees. Some employees will get in at 8am and not go home until 8-9pm, if they take breaks they are frowned upon and worry they will no longer be employed and while they are gone on break will get emails asking where they are and why they are not working. They only get paid for 40 hours a week and the incentive compensation is junk compared to the amount of work they put in for it. When being worked that hard mistakes are bound to happen and when they do they take money out of the employee’s paychecks to pay for those mistakes. The employees use their own gas and cars to run around like crazy for the closers and are never reimbursed for the cost of gas or anything. I would find a company who treats the employees with respect and rewards hard work to close my properties.
