Cannot seem to get reliable, professional staffing for in home. Patient had pca set up through this company for surgery. Didn't get a pca until 3 days POST OP. Last home health aid no show 2 weeks in a row & no replacement offered. Fired previous home health aid from this co for addiction to Cellphone/FB/texting. Not paying nor should state or Fed pay for someone to stare at their phone while a patient's care goes ignored. Do not recommend.
