I was in a tight spot, had unintentionally put it off until event day. I called around noon & Tom's said the price would be the same if i did it that day (a Friday) or any other time...(I was willing to stick a safety pin in waistband and roll it up to raise the hem). They did a beautiful job, the skirt felt great, and so i danced the night away....
