Provided by YP.comWhat a great butcher shop! We love their home-made brats, marinated shrimp for grilling, great pork ribs. Very fond of the garlic potato salad and the horseradish pickles. Just a great place for advice on what cut of meat to get and how to cook it. We get their chuck roasts and they are amazingly tender. We won't buy meat anywhere else any more.
