We are sorry that Kevin J feels this way. Considering the facts of the situiation Kevin came to us with a broken DVD player not covered under warranty and we agreed and did replace DVD player at the cost of $800.00. And offered a $300.00 dollar credit towards new tires. Unfortunatley our efforts have not been appreciated by the customer.
