I was going to become a new patient to Park dental in Roseville, I called the number that was given on google. I reached the PO BOX office somehow, the lady that picked up the phone, I forgot her name. She picked up on and than hangup on me, while i was talking about my appointment. I call back second time, she picked up with a very rude tone. First of all this number was listed on the location, I'm sure I wasn't the first one to call the office before, but this lady was not nice. She said, they're Park Dental Office, she doesn't take any patient and doesn't do schedule. She stated, that she'll transfer me over to the correct location. but instead she hangup on me. Very very rude lady, not professional. I cancel my first appointment after receiving such an unwelcoming employer. I hope no patient receive this kind of behavior, very unacceptable! She should at least, politically assist me to the right location, but instead a very mean witch. This happen to me 5/21/2015 @ 11am. Office # 651-633-0500
