on my dogs first visit there service was great my dog looked fresh and all clean dog was happy so we did not mind paying $36 + tax. Second time I thought the service will be same but there service was horrible they just wiped my dog instead of giving him a bath and blow drying did not clean his ears did not brush his teeth pretty much did nothing and on top of it they dragged my dog very harshly right in front of my eyes when I went to pick him up they treated him very badly and my dog looked completely opposite to the 1st visit. when I asked why treating him like that the answer I get is "He is the dog and we are treating him like one" I understand he is a dog but still they can not treat my dog like garbage.

if u love your dog think twice before you leave your dog with such people. you will not get a good job done for your dog and also loose money.
