Very disappointed in the customer service. I brought in a pair of sandals to have the insole replaced. I was told they would take over 3 weeks which I decided I could live with. My husband went to pick them up 3 weeks after they were supposed to be ready (over 6 weeks since they were dropped off) and found out nothing had been done. They had a question and even though they had a contact number they never bothered to call.
