I bought a car from East Side Auto right next door. I had a thermostat problem and they sent me to them to get it fixed. I live a hour and a half away but I went there because East side auto had them TRY to fix it for free. I had an engine diagnostic done before I went there and it said the thermostat needed to be replaced. When I showed up the first time they didn't have the part there and he didn't even try to order the part until I got there and couldn't get it that day. So I drove out there for no reason. The second time I went there they replaced it thirty minutes. But, a half hour after I left I lost heat again and the check engine light came back on. So I had to drive all the way back there for a third time. He took over a hour and a half to replace the thermostat and a sensor that he said was bad. A half hour on my way home again I lost heat and the check engine light came on again. Now the dealer said they wont waste any more money on these guys trying to fix my car. I called them again and they said they will charge me from now on for any work they will do. Even though they were supposed to have fixed my car three different times already. I don't think they even know what they are doing and I will never bring a vehicle back to them ever again! I suggest you stay clear of this shop.
