I am now 70 years old and have been going there since i was 15 i have always gotten what i needed at prices that are better than anyone Else's . the people that run the place are true to themselves even if their wrong. They always
made life interesting . dave has found parts that where unavailable to other places but he new where to get them.

Horrible never will come back they are disgusting unprofessional filthy lazy they racist I'd rather go to a real parts store they should be shut down what a eye sore for Minnesota this state is so much better with out a eye sore junk parts store PEOPLE GO ELSE WHERE AUTOZONE ORIELYS NAPA NOT THESE CRAP JUNK PARTS STORES SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSE WHERE

I have been getting my parts from them for quite a while. Dave and Dorris are ok but Rick was very rude to me when I went there to get a part. He had a really bad attitude and horrible customer service. Dave quoted us a certain price, Rick said it was "to low". I told my friend who was with me, they should honor the price we were quoted and Rick over heard, he got very rude with me. He told me, "I will honor the price but you don't come in here telling us what we should do. I don't have to sell you the part at all" and just berating me in front of the other customers. I am sorry but what happened to "The customer is always right"? I have been in customer service over 20 years and you do not talk to a customer the way he talked to me. I have never been treated that way by a business ever. I told my friend "I don't like his attitude, lets go" and we walked out. My friend went back in and got the part anyway, cause they are cheaper then most other places but I will not deal with Rick again!

this place is the best for us grease monkey attitude wrenchers, gotta love dave.
