We went to AT&T to get new iPhones. We spoke to Colin (assistant manager) & Andrea (Manager). We decided to go with Direct Tv & the alarm service. We had the worst service by both the Digital tv & alarm installers. They would make appointments & either not show, or show up 5 hours late. Then the alarm installer had us call a locksmith & have a new deadbolt installed on our door AT OUR COST! We're out $179 & have tv that sucks. If I had it to do over, I should have kept Uverse & never met Andrea & Colin.
