Brought my elderly mother to CVS for flu shot at the minute clinic. Sign in kiosk was broken. Clip board and pen sitting next to a teenager who looked like death warmed over. Signed Mom in an had her sit as far as possible from the other person waiting. Staff came out after 10 or 15 minutes and rudely announce it would be at least 45 minutes if any of us planned to wait. She then directed us to the pharmacy for a flu shot.
Stood at the pharmacy counter and was told twice someone would be with us soon. Over heard the Pharmacist say if we were getting a flu shot she would send us to the clinic. I told her we were just there and were being directed to her. She then said it would be an hour if we wanted to wait.
We left and drove one block to Walgreens and got quick and FRIENDLY service. No more CVS My time is too valuable to waste on poor service and a lack of communication. Now I pray my mom doesn't get sick from exposure to the whatever that poor teenager had. Ugh!!!
