I also started out loving this place! Very professional at first. Then I started noticing that the director is never there. If you want to reach someone to check on your child during the day you just have hope that one of the teachers answers the phone. Then my child started being accused of being "violent" when asked what that meant the owner/ director explained that he (a 3 year old) would take toys from other kids without asking sometimes... We thought this was a strong use of the word but no matter what they refused to stop using that term. If he threw a tantrum he was violent, if he snatched a toy, he was violent if a boy pushed him and he pushed the boy back he was being violent! The owner/ director Kathleen suggested my husband go up to the school to observe this "violent" behavior. My husband hid and observed our son singing and playing. We were then told he must must have been "sneaky" and saw him. "Sneaky" became the new word they used. I came to pick up one day and found him unattended in the building alone. They told me he does sneaky stuff like that all the time. After trying to have a civilized talk with the owner about him being left alone we decided to part ways. They refused to take responsibility for leaving a 3 year alone! On my tour of the school I asked about their retention rate and they said they have retained 100% of their students except for one that was asked to leave because she was "violent". I guess that's the reviewer below. If your child is perfect this should be the perfect place for you!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! My daughter is so at peace at Heritage! She has stories to tell me every day on the way home. The food is amazing and the staff are very genuine people. There are no teenagers working there, just grown ups. The staff all seem to love the management and owners. A far cry from where my daughter was before. Our previous preschool was filled with teenage "teachers" who hated the director/owner and hated their jobs. We have two more years at HCA before kindergarten. We will stay until the end!

Highly disappointed in this school. It started off so wonderful has a lot to offer but amazingly it started to decline and my daughter was mistreated and my husband and I were insulted by the owner of the school! A few examples of what we went through was

No naps for a 3-4 year old, no daily sheet to know what our child ate or did, the ciriculum slowly disappeared as well as other promises

That were made upon it's opening, our daughter started acting out with the owner and we were told she did not have time to help or teach her because of her "horrible" actions.our daughter was taken to the office and recorded on an iPad interrogation style while her dad and I were on a work trip and our parents were called to pick her up since she was busy. Our mom was forced to listen to this recording.our daughter was so freightened and upset she had a hard time adjusting to trust her new teachers. We , as parents are highly disgusted and disappointed. Also very unprofessional that the entire family works at the school and they have lost 3-4 teachers and we got no explaination as to why our daughter kept losing teachers. So consistency in her care. A punishment my daughter also endured was being moved to a little kid room until they felt she could come back so she was moved up and down multiple times. Unacceptable!!!!! Everyone really needs to watch it when choosing hca do not let anyone fool you!

I have been blessed to know the individual(s) involved with launching this incredible preschool. What an amazing group and enormous talent. We, as parents and as community members, are thrilled and are proud to be a part of this school. Great things ahead.

I was fortunate to come across the open house sign today and drove up to see this new place. I didn't even know this building existed and I've driven Jungermann a million times. All I can say is, "Wow".

It was different, different, different. Did not even feel like a school or daycare center. Felt like a home. Wow. The only person left was very nice, I guess I missed open house. So glad I found it. Worth a look is all I can say.
