I visited the store today 3/13/14 and walked around the store for 5-10 minutes before I was able to find a representative to ask for help. When I finally found someone (Russ) I asked him if he could please help me find something. He replied "I'm in the middle of something- I'm busy,"put his hand up in the air toward my face, and then just walked off. I was taken back by his actions so greatly that I stood in disbelief for a few moments before I went seeking out someone else to help me. I ended up finding what I was looking for after finally finding someone to help me, and they also seemed that I was an inconvenience to them for asking. I wouldn't recommend this Menards location at all and would completely avoid it if you can. Customer service is everything and they seem to need some serious help.

I was disappointed to find out the rebate only comes in store credit form! No advertisement of that on tv. Only found out from the print on my receipt. Service well I can get that joke at wal mart. The guy cutting the blinds obviously hates his job! I had to ask 7 yes 7 people about one product and no one could help me. They just kept pushing me off on other pissed off employees. After doing price shopping on many items I can go to a few other big box stores and get a lot of items there much cheaper. Not impressed.

poor customer service and false advertisement. Workers were rude to me and I was turned away at 6:30 pm on 4/24 for the David Eckstein autograph when the ad said signing from 6-8 p.m. I drove over an hour to get there. Very disappointed.
