their service is worst, and i am going to complain to the Dr who referred me for this pharmacy. their advertisement says they call once they receive prescription and one day shipment. all these are wrong, they didn't call me at all, instead i called them after three days and they took all my insurance information, and said they ship ASAP. i was waiting for medicine for another 4 days and then called them back, that's when they gave shocking news, saying i didn't pay them 10 dollars, idiots, they do that much business and stopped sending shipment for not paying 10 dollars? even though customer dying of lacking medicine? they didn't take my credit card information when i called them and they didn't even call me back to collect copay before shipping. they just stopped responding, who in the world does this kind of business? infact ia sked to talk to the owner and the employee said he inform to his owner but nobody called me back. instead of arguing with these guys, i definitely go-after the Dr who referred me from Stlukes.
