Nice individual, but being told that if we don't answer when they call we won't get service, and then not getting a heads up call, to make sure I'm not in the shower and can put my dogs outside, seems very unprofessional

Lani is an excellent tech. Don't have to worry about her being in the utility room by herself. I don't have to stand there the whole time she is here. We feel very confident with her. She knows her job VERY WELL. Loads of confident with her.

repairman was ready helpful, That's why I always call sears, even thought I pay a little more.

When someone call me and tell me something not working in their home, I tell them to call sears
