HORRIBLE CUST. SERVICE! I went for an exam to get a contact prescription and had a fine and normal appointment. I paid roughly $60 and made a comment about how the appointment was cheaper than I had expected, and no one said anything else

Apparently I was charged wrong for my last visit and if I want to buy contacts I will have to pay the difference of THEIR mess up and the price of the contacts. Since when in retail does the customer have to pay more when the mistake is the company's fault?

The staff was very difficult to work with. They didn't even know what was going on for the fist ten minutes I was there.

I was late back to work during my lunch hour because it took so long, and I left with only my prescription after they made me pay $50 to get it even though Id already had the appointment and paid before!

I will take my prescription somewhere else that deserves the business for having good customer care. Their unwillingness to make the situation right has lost my business for good
