- For the last 13 years, I have expertly trained a broad array of clients from beginners to high performance athletes. Through in-depth knowledge of body mechanics and wellness, I guide my clients to achieve their fitness goals, no matter where they start. My studio is a private and safe place for clients of all fitness levels to receive focused one-on-one training that is goal based and without judgment. My training style is very effective without resorting to humiliation, shamming, or yelling. Each client has unique needs and challenges, so I create customized workout sessions that generate very individual results. At 4Fitness, you won’t find cookie cutter fitness plans or the fad of the year.
