Great experience! We had a smell coming from under our home and called Allstar. The technician was there within the hour.

The tech was extremely polite and thorough. He crawled around under our home until he located and removed what turned out to be a dead opossum.

Allstar Animal Removal will be my first choice if I ever have another animal problem.

THIEVES BEWARE!

This company was contacted by me on 3.13.16 and made an appointment for 3.14.16. They didn't show up or call to state. After talking to them they assured me someone would contact me. I called them back on 3.18.16 to see why they had not shown or called. They seemed surprised at the news and then came out of 3.19.16. Guy tells me he is going to go to the attic to assess the situation and give me a "fair" price for removal and anything else needed. After about 1 hour up there he comes down and smacks me with a "You need to replace your whole insulation, disinfect, animal trapping. $5900". He stated it was this expensive because he "Measured" my attic at 1750 square feet. This is a figure he got from Zillow.com My house is in fact 1540 square feet counting a back room that does not have the attic attached to it measuring my attic my self, the attic is in fact 1132 squared feet. he wanted to charge $3.21 per square foot. a total overage of 1983.78 plus tax

Great company. I had them clean out my attic and it went smoothly. They took the baby raccoons to a rehabilitator named Penny. I highly recommend

I used them to remove baby raccoons from my walls. They arrived within an hour of me calling and were able to remove the babies and trap the mother. I was pleased with the company

My neighbor told me about this company about a couple months ago when I had rats in my attic. They had destroyed almost all of our storage up there and there was a mess everywhere. I called Allstar and they came out, trapped all the rats and took care of everything to clean up my attic. Everyone was so nice on the phone and in person. Every time a worker came to my house they were professional and I felt like they had everything under control. I haven't had any more rat problems since. I'll definitely call them again if I need them!

Unfortunately I didn't do my research first and decided on this company. They are IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of by phone or email. I can't understand how they are allowed to do business. They over quote and their method of removal wasn't what they originally described. Find another company to use!!

This company is a scam. Do not call them. Rated F by the BBB. no customer satisfaction. even read what the employees think about this company on Glassdoor.com do yourself a favor do not hire them. find someone else
