I dropped off my laptop because the screen was cracked, he said he would fix it, but it wasn't the deadline he was suppose to fix it. At that point, i waited to pick up my laptop because i had other expenses to take care of. So about two months, I called him and he got rid of my laptop. Probably sold the parts. Then he stated there was nothing he can do about it because he had a sign up on his wall stating he gets rid of stuff after 30 days. But, by law, your suppose to notify someone if your going to get rid of someones property; which he never did. Also, he didn't want to do anything to make it right. Really bad customer service, and would never recommend anyone taking your computer here.

horrible service , the computer was never right , he yelled and screamed that he was the best Microsoft Tech in the area , I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone!

This man took my computer and told me it woud tak a few days to fix it. The screen went black. He told me to buy another screen, which I did. He asked me to buy another thing for the computer, which I did. Three weeks later he still had it so I called and said I would be picking it up. He practically threw it at me in pieces after he asked for another $40 for "diagnosing". He started cursing at me to get the "F" out. I left without any screws for the computer and my new screen I had just purchased had been scratched. DON'T LEAVE YOUR COMPUTER WITH THIS CRAZY PERSON

The worst experience i have ever had didn't know how to fix my computer would not give my money back and then when i asked for a refund he threw a big bag of whats left of my computer worst experience in the 55 years of service
