I have been to a lot of gyms in the area, but this gym has, what appears to be an excellent and well planned out product. It is not only spacious, with a lot of equipment, but very personable as well. Complete with knowledgeable staff, I mean trainer knowledgeable, that are very engaging. I have a personal trainer that Amped, set me up with, and I am reaching my goals. One of which is to remove my reliability on my wheelchair, as well as health issues that have hindered me in the past. The first goal is very close to being accomplished and the latter is an ongoing experience. I would recommend this facility to everyone.
