I have dealt with Arcadia Home Care & Staffing on several occasions throught out the years and have found them to be professional and to go out of their way to get things done:)

We have hired Arcadia Home Care to take care of my dad who suffered a stroke. They sent out a great nursing assistant named Elizabeth. She came daily to help my dad get bathed and out of bed. She helped him with cooking his lunch and cleaned up afterwards. She was always kind and pleasant. When the weather was nice she would take him out for a short walk so he got good exercise and he has gotten well enough that we no longer need their services at this time but know that they will be the first place we call should we ever have a need for their help again.

A friend recently asked about who we used when their mom was coming home from the hospital with a broken hip and I directed them to Arcadia who came right out and started service on very short notice.

They always answer the phone regardless of when I had to call and everyone is accommodating and nice to speak with. The office staff was always able to answer any questions I have had and directed me to resources that I didn't know about.

I'm very grateful for all their help and my dad still talks about Elizabeth and how sweet she was.
