Provided by YPmobileIt is not a place to be at in the afternoon doing any kind of transaction, its slow. There is only like a couple of workers in the front and the line is to the door. One workers knows her clients and chit chat wasting waiting customers time. The lady that sits and the tall slim guy are proficient. thanks.
