All I can say is check his references! I completely agree with ratings!
The City needs to do something about this guy so he can't continue hurt homeowners or their finances ever again!
PLEASE think twice before using Blair & Company.

Mark Blair the owner comes across as the nicest GC and person you have ever met. He then hires F rated subs and his people have no skill. Finally he does not oversee or show at your job. He tries to overbill for change order. He should not have a GC license. Mt research showed he'd done this type of work on most all of his jobs and has never finished a job. I threw him off mine and it cost me over $30K to fit his mess. Run dont walk away from this guy

One Star is too much!

PLEASE make sure to gets REFERENCES (real ones). Unprofessional, horrible workmanship, failed to order supplies on time, delay after delay, excuse after excuse. Had to replace windows four times, failed city inspections and blamed the homeowner, tried to use other customer���s supplies to pass final inspection, etc��� and the list goes on.

Do your homework or you���ll spend months (or yrs) wishing you did (I wish we had)! NO ONE should have to go through a NIGHTMARE like this!
