I've been to gyms all over the country and never, NEVER, have I worked out in a friendlier, cleaner, more positive atmosphere.

This gym sets the bar high for all its competitors.

I recommend the Group Fitness classes to anyone who is looking for fast results with lots of fun. The instructors are excellent, passionate and educated.

First rate facility!!!

This facility is really clean, friendly with a unique atmosphere which I think it sets this place apart from any other facility in the area. I travel in and out of the county for a few months of the year and their rates, plans and prices are very good.

I've recommended this facility to all my friends and family.

Super gym with everything you need. Everyone is friendly and Spin classes are a BLAST! Convenient location if you are on a beach vacation and the hotel gyms aren't enough. Reasonable prices and the staff is helpful. I will go back again and again. It's the best all around gym in the area by far.

My entire family loves this gym. It's an excellent place to workout - modern cardio equipment, Nautilus, free weights/machines, group fitness and cycling classes. The restrooms and shower areas are VERY clean. The staff is super friendly and the cost is reasonable. You'll feel comfortable enough here to recommend it to out of town guests -- even your own parents.
