As a previous employer of CJ Publishers, the owner Chuck Wray Jr. treats his employees with an iron fist. Mr. Wray has a high turnover rate with any employers who are directly under his supervision near his Pinellas Park, FL. office.



While employed with Chuck Wray Jr. he attempted to severly micromanage every position within the company from Controller to Art Director. Mr. Wrays attempt to micromanage his entire staff every second of the day shows that he has no trust in anyones capability to complete a task.



The irony in this is that with each task Mr. Wray attempted to give his employees, the tasks could never be completed because with each task came a new way of doing the task. Perfect, the Perfectionist.



With such a high level of qualified employees under Chuck Wray Jr.'s leadership it is just a matter of time before his condenscending behavior becomes his company's down fall. Nineteen years of service does not mean years of excellent service!!!!





I would not recommend anyone doing business with this company.

Believe me if you owe him money as little as 200.00 he will drag you in court and bash your name.
