I enjoyed living here and management is really great. You won't find a more helpful staff anywhere. If you live in a loft apartment the electric bills are quite steep but they told me to expect that when I did my walk-through. If you are looking for a larger apartment in St Pete for a reasonable price I would suggest looking here; I found it to be a good value.
