I made the mistake of signing a 15 month lease. The title should say it all! I was afriad to sleep for the first month of living here. I can't afford the 1 1/2 month's rent to get out of the lease. BTW, they say trash pick-up and cable is included in your rent (as if it's 'free') but you're paying for it. Also, they wait until you've already signed your lease to tell you you are REQUIRED to buy renter's insurance. Had they been up front, I would have been able to account that in my budget. Now I'm overspending. The walls are paper-thin, so you hear EVERYTHING. The staff is nice when you need something fixed or taken care of. I just have to request EVERY week for them to spray for Roaches and Termites. My cat enjoys the entertainment of chasing bugs, but it costs $400 non-refundable for him to be here. I wouldn't let him out alone. The raccoons are the size of bulldogs.
