Their dispatchers are rude and poorly trained in customer service. your wait being discharged from a hospital is 3 hours! You need to call a different company if you want prompt courteous service!

This is one of the most dangerous transportation firms in the area. PLEASE PLEASE, if you value your life or the safety of your loved ones, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They almost killed my mother! The driver was speeding the whole time and when it came time to unload my mother in her wheelchair they dumped her off the end of the wheelchair lift and broke her hip. VERY BAD SERVICE!
