horrible customer service. they sold me a car with dry rotted tires that all blew out with in a month of buying the vehicle, they agreed to pay for half the cost of new ones which granted if this was a dirty little buy here pay here i would have probably been laughed at so i appreciate that offer at least but i shouldnt have had to pay anything in my opinion. what im upset about is how this guy treated me like a P.O.S. after arguing with the guy at the front who was very good at making snide little comments like he was trying to get me to flip out i had to leave before i really lost it. i remember him saying i need to look up the definition of "as is" well buddy you need to look up the definition of customer service. they told me used cars dont have any warranty which i thougt i had one then after all this i get notices saying my warranty expired and i might have had this covered. i would have been fine if this happened a year down the road but not before i even made my first payment. to the little weasle of a man at the front desk i have nothing to say to you without offending the eyes of whoever reads this.thanks to you i will never step foot into this place again with out my lawyer ( which will hopefully be soon) and i have already stopped 6 other people from making the same mistake i did by coming to your establishment. lets see how long this post stays up g'day :(
