I received a text on a Monday that my prescription has to be ordered... That Friday I received another text that the prescription would have to be ordered. When I didn't hear anything I decided to call to find out the ETA of it. When speaking to Mary in the pharmacy, she said she ordered it on Friday and I explained that I also received a text on Monday. In return she became very rude. I asked if any other pharmacy had in, phone went silent and she said nope.... The rest of the conversation was very unpleasant. Needless to say Mary is very very rude! When I hung up I called another CVS to have my prescription transfered and the girl was very nice. She said they would have to order but will have it in the following day by 5pm and was concerned if I needed anything to get by until it came in. No one should ever pay for rude service and it isn't hard to be nice.

Soo Happy that pharmacist Allie Mansour is back at this store, with the rest of the team!! Had a bad experience with a float pharmacist! Always great to have consistently with staff...makes for a much better experience with customers, especially long term ones.keep up the great job!!!:-)

Pharmacist and staff are excellent, However they floated a pharmacist Lauren Manning to this store. ..she was unprofessional and very rude to customer's!! She should be investigated and never returned to this store!!!!

Great store, all employees polite and helpful. Always greet you when you walk in, funny because I'm there all the time. Personal service when I can't find what I need. Pharmacy people always get problems resolved. Love that store, has a "small town" feel.
