The company I work for we do a lot of clear anodizing, black anodizing, black zinc and clear zinc with Delta. Bill is a great guy and they will get our product back to us fast if needed and handled with care.

i'm sure you think nickel plating stainless steel is a simple task. not so besides electropolish is the most commen proseedger for stainless.but it would not hurt if they hierd exp help there only willing to pay crap there was a time that was the finest shop in fla. good luck jr.you must be having it rough with what you have to put up with then theres steve.

Absolutely the worst service I have encountered in my 25 years of business. First, we gave them the simple task of nickel plating some stainless steel parts. The nickel plating came off the parts in sheets. Their incompetence put us in a real bind with our customer. We returned the parts and asked them to strip the nickel and only electropolish the parts, (figured this would be a safe bet due to schedule constraints and their lack of skills), but were told we would need to get in line. The owner, Jim, had more imnportant things to do than fix a problem he created. In today's environment no one should have to put up with service like that.
