Can't imagine a worse experience. Had to pay cash up front and was given a hand written receipt. Multiple appointments not honored and there was no advance notification. So after lining someone to drive me home multiple times the work was not done. Asked for a refund and was told I had to wait for them to make $50 to refund my money. That did not happen and I had to follow up for over a week. After all the inconvenience I was told that they would pay for one of the 2 tires I still needed for my inconvenience. I agreed and then was told for another 2 weeks that the tires were not available form the distributor. In the end I got the cost of my alignment back less the tax I paid .
